The chimney of Woodside Colliery can be seen in the top left of the picture

Not sure about where this photo was taken, but I do know a few of the names

1940 Aug 24th

The Wedding of Henry Hill and Gladys Reader at Mapperley Church.
Gladys was living at The Pond House Shipley at the time with her Mother Selina Reader.
Prior to that Gladys had resided at 41 Mapperley Village.

1948

Thrashing. I don’t know where but it is with Henry Hill’s Thrashing set as he is in the bottom right corner.
